Erica has nearly 20 years of professional culinary experience. She holds a degree from the Culinary Institute of America and a nutrition degree from The University of Tennessee. She uses this experience to create mouth-watering recipes that anyone can make at home. She has an affinity for gluten-free baking, weeknight meals, and using quality ingredients.
Erica’s favorite thing about recipe development and food photography is developing relationships with her clients so she can tell their stories through mouth-watering images and easy and accessible recipes.
