Karen Lee
friendly living, DIY for non-toxic formulas, and health food. She co-founded a green blogger
network to connect bloggers and brands for content marketing. Unfortunately, she had to
close the company in 2016 when her children were diagnosed with food related multiple
health challenges, and they needed her attention. She rebranded her blog, Dr. Karen Lee, to share her
knowledge on using food as medicine, and real food recipes, specifically for food allergies,
Eczema, and other autoimmune diseases. The blog became popular, but she wanted to
reach even a wider audience by publishing a cookbook. In less than 3 years, she published
3 popular cookbooks on Paleo and Keto diet styles using convenient kitchen appliances like
Instant Pot and air fryer. When she’s not developing recipes, she loves spending time with
her family and spoiling family’s rescued puppy.
