Lauren brings a unique background to the world of food photography having founded her own CPG brand which she ran for over 10 years, Shockingly Healthy, and proudly sold in 2021. Now she loves helping other brands sell their products with fun, delicious eye catching images and videos.
Entering the world of food photography full time has been a long time coming. Lauren did my BFA in film years ago, and was a contributing photographer and recipe developer in the editorial world for 9 years.
A multi-passionate person, before starting her brand, Lauren studied holistic nutrition and was a personal trainer. She created the first-to-market chickpea based brownie, sweetened with dates, and sold across Canada and had Trade Joe’s knocking on their door.
