    Laura of Chubbee Kitchen is a passionate home baker that started creating content as part of a learning journey. In 2019 she started a self-training adventure where she picked a baking book and baked as much as possible for two months. This is how the One Book/Two Months project series started and with it, her interest and passion for content creation and food photography. Obsessively baking from these books helped Laura improve her baking skills to achieve professional results. She shares her experience with the recipes in her posts and has a following of people that trust her feedback and eagerly wait for the next book project. Many people buy the books she works on as soon as she announces them, and others follow along to see what the book and recipes have in store.

    Laura also loves to travel, discovering food and baking in her travels. Laura’s travel plans revolve around baking, taking classes, doing food & bakery tours, and exploring the baking scene everywhere she goes.
