Rob is a lawyer, pastry chef, food photographer, and food blogger. He has been practicing law for more than 20 years and has his own law firm in NYC. He regularly represents small business owners, including food photographers and bloggers, in a diverse range of legal issues. To help educate food photographers about the importance and meaning of contract terms, he created an online course, “Understanding Food Photography Contracts”. Through the course, students obtain a workable food photography contract template and a full knowledge of what every word in it means. With that knowledge, students can also read, understand and negotiate contracts provided by clients.
