Ashlee Redger is a recipe developer and freelance writer in Colorado. She has built her career in test kitchens, where she’s developed recipes for home cooks as well as a national breakfast restaurant brand. In 2022, Ashlee decided to leave her research chef job and make her dream of working in food media full-time a reality. With her work, she hopes to “demystify” cooking and empower everyone to feel confident in the kitchen through accessible recipes and food content.
Ashlee has a degree in Culinary Nutrition with a concentration in food science/research & development. She has worked for brands including America’s Test Kitchen, Serious Eats, and Westword (a Denver-based magazine).
