Why this workshop? This workshop is for those content creators who never feel like they are on top of their ever growing to-do lists. How do you organize your content, admin work, and more? We want to help you streamline your processes and get organized! This will help you lower your amount of time working and increase the time you can spend on the more creative side of things.
We will go over systems, protocols, tools you should or can use for project management, and more. These procedures will help you and your business grow!
Who is it for? This is for food content creators with a blog and social media accounts looking to get organized and maybe hire a VA or looking to make things easier for their VA. Any level of creator is welcome.
When and where is it? This is a 1 day virtual, hands-on workshop that will take place online on November 16, 2023. This is an actual working session where you’ll accomplish big things!

Time blocking isn’t something that works for everyone, so we’ll go over the basics, but also talk about how you can adjust this to make it work for you. You will need to use either some type of calendar app or a physical planner with sticky notes.
We will go over the basics of this platform and if you use another project management program, that’s alright, we will go over enough of the basics of just task management that you will be able to transpose what you learn here to that system.
We will take a short break for attendees.
During this session, we will go over the basics of Airtable if you’ve never used the platform. Then we’ll go over the custom blog template Amanda built to track your blog posts and content as well as important information needed for each. We’ll make our way through the chart and start to build your own.
You will receive a template copy of this for your own use.
In this session, we will go over what an SOP is, what you could be doing to cut down on administrative time by creating those SOPs, and process videos that could help you and your team (now or in the future) with how you handle the different aspects of your business.
